These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SoloGrowth.io website and services operated by ASI Solutions FZCO ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in the United Arab Emirates.
By accessing or using SoloGrowth.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. The service is intended for business owners, freelancers, and entrepreneurs.
2. The Service
SoloGrowth.io provides a growth diagnostic and strategy generation service. You answer questions about your business, and we generate custom strategic documents based on your responses.
- Free tier: A diagnostic report, launch roadmap, and landing page copy are provided at no cost.
- Paid tier: The full strategy (14–21+ documents) is available for a one-time payment of $497 USD.
3. Account & Session
You do not create a traditional account. Your session is identified by the email address you provide. You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining access to your email for delivery and session recovery.
4. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
The purchase price is $497 USD, charged as a one-time payment. You receive lifetime access to the documents generated for your diagnostic session.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. You may request a full refund within 7 days of payment by initiating the refund through Stripe. See our Refund Policy for full details.
6. Intellectual Property
- Your content: The diagnostic answers you provide remain yours. You grant us a license to process them for the purpose of generating your strategy.
- Generated documents: The strategy documents we generate for you are licensed to you for your personal and business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share them as a product or service.
- Our brand: The SoloGrowth.io name, logo, and website content are the property of ASI Solutions FZCO. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from them.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information in the diagnostic.
- Attempt to access other users' data or documents.
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the service.
- Interfere with the operation of the service or its infrastructure.
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
8. Disclaimers
The strategy documents are informational and educational in nature. They do not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice. We make no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes, revenue, or growth resulting from the use of our documents.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASI Solutions FZCO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access paid documents may be revoked, except where a valid refund is issued.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
