This Privacy Policy explains how ASI Solutions FZCO ("we", "us", "our"), operating as SoloGrowth.io, collects, uses, and protects your information.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide
- Name and email address — when you start the diagnostic.
- Diagnostic answers — your responses to business questions (27 questions across 5 steps).
Information collected automatically
- Device type — mobile, tablet, or desktop (screen width only, no fingerprinting).
- UTM parameters — campaign source, medium, and campaign name from the URL, if present.
- Referrer URL — the page that linked you to our site.
- Page views and interactions — which pages you visit, scroll depth, time on page, and button clicks. These are stored in our own database, not sent to third parties.
Payment information
Payments are processed entirely by Stripe. We do not see, receive, or store your credit card number, expiration date, or CVC. We receive only a payment confirmation, transaction ID, and the email associated with the payment.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To generate your strategy — your diagnostic answers are processed to create your custom documents.
- To deliver your documents — we use your email to send delivery notifications and session recovery links.
- To improve the service — we analyze aggregated, non-identifying usage patterns (e.g., which diagnostic step has the highest drop-off).
- To send relevant emails — delivery notifications, strategy tips, and product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
3. What We Do NOT Do
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party.
- We do not use cookies. Session data is stored in your browser's localStorage and sessionStorage only.
- We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party tracking scripts.
- We do not serve advertisements.
4. Third-Party Services
We use two third-party services to operate:

Both services process data under their own privacy policies. We do not share diagnostic answers or business data with either service.
5. Data Storage & Security
- Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on secure infrastructure.
- All connections are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.
- Access to the database is restricted to application-level access only.
- Generated documents are stored on the server filesystem and served only to authenticated sessions.
6. Data Retention
- Active accounts: Your diagnostic data and generated documents are retained as long as you have an active session.
- Deletion requests: You may request deletion of all your data at any time by emailing contact@sologrowth.io. We will delete your lead record, event history, and generated files within 30 days.
- Refunded accounts: Upon refund, access to paid documents is revoked. Your data is retained for 90 days for dispute resolution, then deleted.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction — request correction of inaccurate data.
- Deletion — request deletion of your data.
- Portability — request your diagnostic answers in a machine-readable format.

8. Children's Privacy
SoloGrowth.io is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn we have collected data from someone under 18, we will delete it promptly.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Material changes will be communicated via email to active users.
