How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within 7 days of payment:

Email contact@sologrowth.io with the email address you used to pay.
We will verify the payment date and issue a full refund within 2 business days.

Refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.

What Happens After a Refund

Your full payment is returned to the original payment method via Stripe. Processing time depends on your bank (typically 5–10 business days).
Access to paid documents is revoked — you will no longer be able to view or download documents from the full strategy.
Your free documents are kept — the diagnostic report, launch roadmap, and landing page copy remain yours regardless.

Conditions

Refunds must be requested within 7 calendar days of the payment date.
Only one refund per customer is permitted.
